Calibre is awesome, but....

Whenever I use Calibre with my NOOKCOlor to add files to it, the books that are saved on my memory stick always disappear from my Shelves and have to be reassigned to them each time. The books/files on the main memory stay assigned.

It is a minor hassle, but it is enough to get me to put ALL my files on the Nook's main memory, and not bother using the memory stick until I absolutely have to.

Is there a fix for this?
