As straw-man arguments go, that takes the cake. Any competent watermark is going to be nothing more than a code that only identifies you when matched with the information on their servers.
Watermarking is
far preferable to DRM. It's possible to do it in ways that are difficult and/or tedious to remove, but it remains to be seen how far they're going to enforce things.
