Well... you do it on the device itself. Having options is nice, isn't it?

(Sometimes on the device I add to a collection the occasional book that I've missed when the device was connected to the computer. It's pretty simple to do.)

EDIT: It occurred to me that perhaps you were asking if there's a way to organise collections on the Sony device using the computer when connected via USB without Calibre or the SRL. In that case, nope. Can the Nook do that via Windows Explorer or something?
