Could always use the Sony Reader Library software on one's computer too. Calibre depends on tags and other textual input (I believe there are GUI plugins for Sony collections too now?), the SRL is good for those that want to work with a more intuitive, drag-and-drop interface for organising collections. I use Calibre because it's quicker for me, but from my own experience the SRL manages collections very well.

(I also can't believe this thread is still going. It's like bait for every Kindle/Nook/Sony fanboy or girl out there.)
