*pets* I used to have crippling panic attacks, I can empathize. one thing that helped me a LOT was having a "safe" person to phone. they didn't necessarily even need to say anything, I just needed to know they were there, or sometimes just to know they were available and cared if I needed it. have your hormone levels checked. I found that mine were completely whacked out
