Well, mine didn't arrive, and I waited well into the day today (Wednesday) just to make sure.
Just called B&N CS and the agent had no clue what I was talking about, so I read her the offer. She went off to do her thing, and after a loooooooong wait, she came back and said they will "re-email" it within 48 to 72 hours.
Not exactly timely service, but I still have lots left on my original $100 card, so I'm not beating the door down for it.
Just put a tickler in my calendar for 3 days from now, however, just to remind me.
I wonder how many folks would forget it was coming, or forget it was supposed to come after 72 more hours, etc. etc.
