wifi capability was a big reason I upgraded to K3.
3G is only '1X' where I live, so it was never very good for me, even though it was 'free' and more ubiquitous. And as we see, it is not 'free' when pushing content, and with K3, there's a $50 surcharge for this capability.
Does the K2 browser work with Dropbox? if so it's possible to email attachments to Dropbox (with 3rd party solutions), then you can download them for free over 3G.
