That's not really true. Logically speaking, it might mean that NO ONE has eReaders.....
In a slightly more practical view, she may have meant "eReaders are rare even among adults, and exceedingly rare among children."
Truthfully, I have no idea what she meant by it, if anything, but I did take 'Language and Logic' in college.
