I expect they'll add a version filter pretty soon as more 3.x-specific apps appear. At the moment though, it's an issue affecting only a small minority of users. Most apps run fine on 2.1 and above. Google's dashboard is currently showing that only 4.4% of devices accessing the market are running on less than 2.1, and only 0.6% are on 3.0 or later.

I was not referring to Web version. And I disagree. Majority of users actually run Froyo and via tablet or cellphone and we just can't filter properly. A good search engine is vital with any data retrieval process.
