Stupid mailman.
Someone rang the doorbell yesterday, I got my keys and was downstairs 20 seconds later but no one was to be seen so I figured it was a customer who realised we were closed (shop's closed on Mondays). Five minutes later I hear the mailbox and go downstairs to find a note telling me no one was home and I can pick up my package the next day after 10am . Normally when there is a chance a package will be delivered on Monday I put up a sign, but I wasn't expecting this package until the second half of the week.

Filling in the complaint form *again*, we are well known at the complaints department. Hopefully my father won't mind me cycling over to pick up the package, otherwise I'll have to wait until Thursday.
