For example, I was swapping the cover on a Game of Thrones (re-reading before book 5 comes out) because I like to use older / 1st edition covers when possible. For some reason the conversion process was making the chapter graphics - which are centered at the top of each chapter heading - left-justified instead of centered.
Stuff like this. Normally minor stuff.
