^ Good luck with this! A tough industry indeed and often under-appreciated. But of course, to be fair, some terribly inept servers out there as well.

Will check it out as I am a devoted restaurant goer myself.

Perhaps this will be as successful as Bourdain's superlative Kitchen Confidential.

Hey, now there's a pretty decent promotional idea! Maybe a combo kinda thing? You know, 1 from column A, 1 from column B?
