**ducking and getting ready to run** I'm not a pizza person, but if I have no choice, I will choose thin crust with pineapple, mozzarella cheese, artichoke hearts, and tomatoes.

I like 'em fresh, hot, thin, and crispy off our pizza stone at home. No tomato sauce, please. Just shitake and oyster mushrooms, a little prosciutto, some rosemary, a little olive oil, and some cheeses like fontina, mozarella, and parmigiano-reggiano. It may be very different from a tomato-based pizza (which I also like) but this one's fabulous. Gotta try it!

When we were Italy, on the coast, my boyfriend asked around about the best pizza place. He had visions about tasting an incredible pizza in Italy.

So, we went where so many recommended. We were served a very, very thin crust drizzled with olive oil and covered in green olives with dipping bread and a plate of mozzarella and tomoatoes. My boyfriend thought it was the appetizer instead of the meal.

I teased him forever after, as he was expecting something like he ate in NY.
VR - do you use your pizza stone in the kitchen oven or in an outdoor oven?
