Do at your own risk! I take no responsibility if anything goes wrong.
I suggest making a backup of the .conf file.
*) plug Kobo in, select "Manage library"
*) Open directory ".kobo", then "Borders Desktop"
*) Open file "Borders Desktop eReader.conf" with a text editor
*) Replace the URLS in these lines:
RequestURL
WebsiteURL
WebstoreURL
*) save and close, eject Kobo
*) press "SHOP" button on the left
*) press "HOME" or "SHOP NOW"
If everything went OK, you should now be at the website you entered.
It probably is a good idea to add a trailing "?" at the end, it is said that the Kobo adds parameters (the ? being the indicator for parameters following. A website that doesn't look for parameters ignores them).
