What he says - fix it - and I don't think you can get it into iBookstore except through producer. Producer checks everything before it's put in store. They're not going to make available a book that hasn't been checked.

You can email an ePub or PDF to someone with an iPad and when they open it they're given a choice of which app to open it in. That's the only way I can think of bi-passing the producer software but then you're not in the store. You're better off selling direct wherever you can then you keep all of the sale.
