Not sure why Calibre wouldn't just open up wide enough to show all of them, there was only that one that didn't fit. And of course it was the one I needed! |
You can customise the Calibre toolbars and menus under Preferences. You can set both the icons you want to appear and also the order of them (to make sure the one you most commonly use are 'on-screen').
