I hope that this does not mean that the Bible [Old Testament] is going to be selected as book club winner anytime soon. I read it completely through once as it certainly rates as one of the most historically significant books ever written [assembled?] But once was enough. A totally disproportionate reward or punishment would have to be in the offing to induce me to slog through Numbers again.
