Download the latest desktop app from there: http://www.kobosetup.com

This upgrade does not apply to the 2nd gen Kobo Wireless eReader. However, you will be able to use the above desktop app with it.

We'll be rolling out a desktop upgrade for all the Desktop 1.9 folks soon.
