Yep, tried manual setup against both routers.

When I ran the setup an hour ago, it upgraded the firmware to 1.9.2. I'll see if I can get it to update to 1.9.4.

Update:
Don't know why it didn't update to 1.9.4 the first time, but it updated when I sync'ed again. However, still no joy connecting to either of my N routers (two different models from two different manufacturers). It still comes back with an Incorrect login message.

Just for laughs, I tried tethering it to my iphone and it worked!? Something funny going on here.
