It is solved. Start from the beginning, I try to handle all things from Calibre. But Calibre will convert the chinese document name (chinese title) to some pronounced english during upload. Now, I simply copy the ebooks with chinese document name to kindle through USB directly and then everything goes perfect.
Now the problem is - collection name in chinese. More time is needed.
