All apps broken after 4.3.1 installation
Just had a funny with my iPad 1. Installed firmware 4.3.1 (updated from 4.2.1). Installation appeared to go OK, but after the installation, none of the apps I'd installed myself would run, although the pre-installed apps worked fine. Tapping an app just flashed it into visibility, then immediately back to the desktop. Tried shutting down and restarting - no joy. Finally tried removing one of my apps, and reinstalling it, and after that everything worked OK for all apps.

Anyone else encountered this issue?
