As I am single it is ok.... uhm, it were ok were I a more tidy person. I tend to gather stuff. Books, clothes and I hate those wall long closets, which makes being tidy a tad difficult

What's wrong with 55 qm? In Paris we were two in 40 qm, plus bycicles, roller skates, tennis equipment and what else ...
