New bug on table of contents creation?

I'm using .8.4. When I now use Microsoft Word to create a document, using headings to generate a table of contents in Calibre, the TOC won't function once the book is made. I'm converting from an .htm made in Word to a .mobi file for the Kindle. I've tried it in Word 2010 and Word 2007, initially thinking it was a Word bug.

Other tables of contents are generating fine--just not when they originate in MS Word, as far as I can tell. Any advice?
