My beau just told me that he hopes that there will be an iPad 3, with the resolution that I need, by Xmas so I can upgrade for reading textbooks, and he could get this one. After his 2.5 hr flight turned into a 15 hr flight, last week, he's ready for a really portable computer with really long battery life. His laptop only gets about 2 hrs, which isn't even a full short flight.
