These are the figures I found for weight on Mobileread wiki:

Kindle: Weight: 8.7 ounces (247 grams)
Sony: Weight: 7.58 oz (215 grams)
Nook Touch:Weight: 7.48 ounces (212g)
Kobo Touch: Weight: 200g

According to this, the Kindle is the heaviest of the lot! I'm very surprised.

No surprised at all, considering it has a full hardware keyboard; once they drop that (and I'm sure they will in their next version), it probably be very comparable to the kobo and nook touch. The lightest of them though is actually the Sony pocket edition, wich comes in about 160g or so if I remember right, but of course it's a 5" screen.
