Actually, the reason I was planning on getting 2x16GB was so I could continue using Nook CM7 while I'm loading up additional data on the other microSD card via card reader. Caveat, that means needing to reboot when I switch cards/content. It completely escaped my mind that I could just connect the Nook to the computer via cable to copy files. I don't plan on installing CM7 to internal memory until the warranty period ends.

That said, I only have a $25 gift card from Amazon so I just bought a 16GB card for now. I'll see if I can make do with a smaller card. Even with only 14GiB usable space, that's still over 150 volumes worth.
