Sol, mostly I want a tablet-ish PC with instant-on (like iOS) for insta-surfing for answers to questions, looking up movie times (and watching trailers), casual games, and the like. That's what I use my iPhone, desktop, and laptop for. But the PC's have to be left "on" to be fast-access and my iPhone is small for trailers and some games.
The iPad is a luxury item that fills this niche nicely. The current resolution doesn't excite me though.
