I did the Best Buy thing too. Just had to let the person know that their online price was $10 lower than their store price, and they charge it at the lower rate.
I love my PRS-350, even though the stylus pen top broke off (very delicate I suppose). The only thing I wish it would let me do is annotate PDFs on the page view mode I was in, rather than warping me back to full page mode (I hate annotating mice type)
