Yes it is. Nominally. But much less expensive than any bottled drinks.
Of course, if you get into the vicious circle of those two or three maniacs (including Poppaea) and run after absolute perfection, through mail orders ...
But there is an ab missal difference between an excellent tea and an ordinary one.
Myself I am lucky to buy my tea in a little shop run by a very competent little wrinkled lady that shows me enough benevolence to advise me. She lets me sample the dry tea, so that I can make a choice. Some time I ask my self why I go to the trouble of brewing it and I just don't chew the pellets raw.
I got from her this Oolong that costs 45 tallers for 50 grams and that is just a marvel to drink.
Anyhow, it is just money ...
