I'm with Latinandgreek, a Sony because the better integration with Calibre. But they are above the 200 limit. They are too pricey for being just a simple eink reader.
Without compromising quality, Kindle 3 has most of those requirements with an awesome price. Kindle is for sure a better and more mature product than Kobo though.
