There's not that much between the opus and the 650 screen. The 650 has the edge, but it's not worth shelling $200+ if you're happy with your Opus.

Opus fonts are better than Sony fonts, period, but it's not a huge deal. I use a custom bold font myself, but the method is not user-friendly. That's the thing about the Sony--you have to get your hands dirty to get the most out of it. But the Opus is a great little device.
