Yeah... I wasn't really trying to suggest a foolproof DRM system. I was trying to dream up the most invasive, ridiculous, extreme scenario that I could.

Someone buys the secured book, uses the key that the seller gave them to unlock it, and then puts the unlocked book on a torrent site. Stronger locks are irrelevant.
