We also call them bungalow parks, although many have other accommodations available besides bungalows such as hotel-apartments (like the one I'm going to), but some rent out smaller cabins or people can bring their own caravan. Often the parks have lots of trees and water to give it a more rural atmosphere. There's a central area where you can shop, dine and swim and around the park there are various activities for both kids and adults.
I'm going to the
Eemhof (one of the Center Parcs parks). When I was young we went to this park several times and you can take nice walks and bicycle trips in and around the park.
