I mean comparing Android on a two year old phone that has 528Mgz processor and low RAM would be like comparing the Samsung Galaxy S II phone running Gingerbread with 1.2Mghz processor to the very first iOS of 2007.
just sayin

I wasn't specifically comparing iOS to Android 2.2's performance on my phone. That would be a little foolish. I've played with newer builds of Android on newer phones and read a lot about them, since I'm going to be upgrading to a 'real' Android phone eventually (or just maybe a shiny new Amazon tablet

) , and it's still not there yet. It's closer for sure, but iOS is still more stable, with a slicker interface and more apps.
