What type do you drink?
The one that is close to black tea, or green tea?
(I guess I know the answer, but I am curious )

While having too much time on my hands by avoiding posting what I drink I was browsing the Internet and stumbled upon Caffeine

I stand corrected.

Iridal I remember you complained about headache

If you cut out caffeine from your diet entirely, you may suffer from withdrawal headaches. They usually develop after 18 hours and may last for a couple of days. If you take this route, drink plenty of water to keep hydrated.
However, maybe we should take this article with a grain of salt because

A source of antioxidants?

There has been much press about the health benefits of tea and coffee. Both drinks contain antioxidants called flavonoids.

Fruit, vegetables and non-caffeinated teas, such as green tea, are also a source of these antioxidants.

Yes, I know that green tea has less of it but you cannot say it is non-caffeinated

Funny enough, I think I have a withdrawal headache today. I didn't have any tea between 07.30 and 14.30. It started to subside only now, after I had two cups of Keemun
My cup if empty at the moment because I finished the second cup of Keemun. The moment I click on Submit Reply, I am off to make another cuppa. Dunno what tea yet...

P.S. Ah, I got SMS from my friend who is also our Postman, and he said I received the awaited tea parcel from The Chinese Tea Company
