OK I was respectful at first but you are getting a bit out of hand now. Yes the roots cases sold by Chapters are made of leather as are many other goods in Canada and around the world. If you walk into a roots store you will notice their supply of leather wallets, accessories,and other goods it's one of the things that roots is known for. Leather good don't offend most hindus, vegans, muslims or others in fact I have a muslim co worker who handles the leather goods on a regular basis.However, the chapters I bought my Kobo in hand both a Roots sleeve and a book cover made from synthetic leather present to be purchased so they did make non leather covers. The price is a non issue they can charge whatever they want you can pay it or not pay it that's up to you. The whole temple thing you bring up is ridiculous. You could take the reader out of the case at worst and leave the case in your bag by the door and solve the issue that way since no leather would be entering the temple. If you have nothing constructive or interesting to post Hermes then please just go away quietly rather than defending your odd views of life and reality and distracting everyone from the real conversation going on here.
