I saw on Twitter they are working on Whispernet issue so hopefully it will be back soon.
Right now I found a box.net app for my phone and I'm using that. I download from Dropbox then upload to Box.net from phone then use my kindle to get the book from box.net.
I have not figured out why Dropbox doesn't work all the time when no one else has this issue. My Kindle is special I guess.
It just easier to email the book to my Kindle then to reboot everytime it stops working.
