Zip output format numbering

Since I read comics a lot, I frequently convert cbz/cbr/pdf files to standard 824x1200 b&w JPEG/PNG groups of files. So I put them into folders inside a main "pictures" folder, as suggested in another thread. It's been working perfetcly so far, once that the final quality of the images is excellent, and I get no margins (unlike PDF or MOBI files, for example, in which the total size of the screen is not used).

Anyway there's something that has been bothering me a little. The way files are numbered. Let's say, for example, that I have a 10 page comic. At the end of the conversion process, I get 10 images, numbered like this: 0_0.jpg, 1_0.jpg, ... , 9_0.jpg, 10_0.jpg, etc.

The trouble is that this way images become out of order when reading them in the Kindle... the ideal would be if the files were numbered like this:

00_0.jpg, 01_0.jpg, ..., 09_0.jpg, 10_0.jpg, etc.

It's not so complicated to manually renumber the files when there are just a few of them (less than 100), but it's slow and boring to renumber dozens of files.

I've googled and looked into calibre's configuration options, but I saw no means of changing this behaviour.

Any suggestions?
