this isn't a type of sale where it becomes dismantled. It's not a going out of business sale.

This is like Phillip Morris buying Kraft Foods or Berkshire Hathoway(Warren Buffet) buying majority stock in a company. If anything a major sale will only increase BN's revenue etc.
