And I am not the only one with issues with multiple Kobos.
And there seems to be a trend when you are escalated to tier 2 support,
don't hold your breath. It seems at this point we are ignored, and the hope
is that we go away.

There is one fellow on his third. one fellow awaiting his fourth
and a bunch that gave up & returned them.

I'd post them here, but why waste the space just to prove a point?
