Looks like Calibre was unable to find the domain of your email address server. Make sure you have it set up correctly with the right smtp port and correct server settings.
I use a gmail address for my Kindle sending. No problems but I can't seem to get Calibre Send Email and Plugboard to work together So I usually just save to disk then use my email client to email the book to my Kindle.
