Help please. Calibre e-mails to kindle won't go. I have told my windows firewall to allow Calibre
I repeatedly get the following sort of message whatever I try to send:

Do Amazon actually charge for e-mails?
I noted that someone had an e-mail address with the Domain Name @free kindle. Does anyone know if this gives free document transfers and if so how can I go about getting an address of this kind?
