You realize that even the Kobo Touch has buttons, right? It's got a power button and a home button. What I prefer is the inclusion of page turn buttons.

You see, people have SUBJECTIVE OPINIONS and PERSONAL PREFERENCES, I don't share your OPINIONS and PERSONAL PREFERENCES.
