Personally, I would ignore The Source and purchase directly from Amazon.com.
You are going to need to have an amazon.com billing relationship to authorise and purchase Kindle ebooks anyway ... and while you can't buy an extended warranty for Canada from Amazon, they do stand strongly behind the product at least through one year full replacement.
