I ask because when I run it, after the restart, my Kindle first shows empty collections, then it takes at least few minutes for the Kindle to read and load the collections contents. Yep, noticed it takes longer the more books. I think the real secret to this is to restart Calibre each time you want to add and categorize books onto the Kindle.
