Having a program to do this for you might make it easier, though, and programs like SnagIt can offer extra features to make things more simpler for basic users.
Still, taking a screenshot of each page you want to print would seem to be an extremely laborious process and in the end you're probably not going to be able to print out any of the official books purchased from the Sony store without a ton of effort (at least until somebody cracks the protection on them and can turn them into plain text). For now, the answer to your first two questions is that you pretty much aren't able to print or share any books purchased from the Sony store.
