The names of the files tells me that those extra jpg files have been generated by Calibre2opds when you have used it to generate a catalog for your library. One is the image for the thumbail views when listing books and the other a cover resized to the size set in the calibre2opds configuration parameters. They are stored with the book so that they do not need regerneating every time you regenerate the catalog.

If you no longer want your calibre2opds catalog then you can remove them. I need to check, but I also think there may be combination of parameter settings that may stop them being generated and make calibre2opds use the existing cover image.

In most cases these files are small so the overhead is minimal.

To remove them you could simpy search the calibre library for .jpg files, sort those into order and then delete the ones that are not called cover.jpg.
