We would call an actual wine mixer a "spritzer" usually - low alcohol content but great for that relaxing buzz on a warm summer day as the sun goes down. Shame it's p*ssing it down here at the moment (welcome to the UK summer-time).

unfortunately these bear little to no resemblance to a spritzer. they are alcohol fueled children's drinks by all appearances
