When I download, I get "You are not licensed." Typically this is caused by a network failure with the Google license service. Restarting the app should make it query the license service again. It's also possible you've tried to download a document before the license service has returned it's answer. Waiting 30 seconds after starting the app for the first time before clicking on a book may help. If you still can't get it to work, drop me a line at tonymaro@gmail.com.
