I'm thinking of putting the new portable version on a usb stick, then copying over my Calibre Library Folder, putting that in the laptop
When done tagging, copying the Calibre Library Folder back to my main PC and replacing the original.

I imagine there are other files that change of get altered though, and I don't want to mess things up.
Any thoughts?
I have put my library and calibre settings folder in dropbox(Sync Software) and than use a bat file to run calibre. It keeps the library synced between both computers you just have to remember to exit calibre in one computer before opening in another.
